Celtics Unable To Finish Off 76ers In Philadelphia, Will Play Game 7
Game 7 Saturday In Boston
The Celtics were unable to capitalize at the opportunity to clinch the Eastern Conference Semifinals in six games, falling 82-75 Wednesday night in Philadelphia. Paul Pierce's 24-point, 10-rebound performance was not enough enough to overcome 33 percent shooting for the C's.
Jrue Holliday led the 76ers with 20 points and six assists while Elton Brand contributed a big double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds. With the win, the 76ers forced Game 7 Saturday in Boston.
