Owens, playing for the West Team, will be led by Tulsa head coach Nate Tibbetts, assistant coach Dale Osbourne and athletic trainer Tony Katzenmeier.

Tulsa is 24-10 heading into the All-Star break with Owens averaging 11.9 points per game.

Earlier this season, Owens was called up to the San Antonio Spurs where he played in seven games and racked up 9 points, 4 rebounds and 2 steals.

Coach Tibbetts will attempt to lead the West Team to its second consecutive victory over the East in the NBA D-League All-Star game.
