In the first of six matchups between the Western Conference foes this season, Tulsa led Texas by as many as 23 points on the evening.
Also leading the 66ers in the scoring column was Jerome Dyson with 16 points and Brady Morningstar with a season-high 11 points.
Defensively, Tulsa held Texas to 31-of-82 (.378) shooting overall, including 1-of-15 (.067) from beyond the arc. The 66ers also forced 19 Legends turnovers and recorded a season-high six blocked shots.
Tulsa turned in a team effort on the boards, as Ben Colon (10), Ryan Reid (nine) and Lewis (eight) combined for 27 rebounds.
Leading the Legends was Jamal Sampson with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Lawrence Hill also scored 14 and Matt Rogers posted a game-high 11 boards.
The 66ers return to the floor Friday night, Dec. 2, when they travel to Austin to take on the Toros at 8 p.m. CT.
